From our purchase date of August 17th to completion on October 1st, this house took 45 days and $31,000 for renovation. We sold the home prior to completion on September 27th. It was purchased by an investor looking for turn-key rental property in Phoenix and closed on October 15th.  Depending on the property and scope of work required, timelines and budgets can always vary.
